These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and hx555 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") in relation to your use of the hx555 website accessible at https://hx555.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it.

By accessing, registering on, or using the hx555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of any part of the platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on hx555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on hx555 or subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close associate of hx555 or any of its affiliated service providers;
• You are not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located from accessing online gambling services;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and current;
• You are using your own genuine payment methods and are not acting on behalf of any other person in relation to any financial transaction on the Platform.

hx555 does not actively solicit registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited — including, without limitation, certain provinces and territories of Pakistan — you do so entirely at your own legal risk. hx555 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your access to the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension and closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds held therein.

hx555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — or a valid international passport;
• Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months;
• A selfie or liveness verification check matching the identity document submitted;
• Source of funds documentation, where required under AML obligations.

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents or financial information via email, live chat or any unsecured channel. hx555 will not accept documents submitted outside of the official secure portal.

Documents that have been altered, obscured, digitally manipulated or are otherwise fraudulent will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Your use of the hx555 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply at all times:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party;
• You must notify hx555 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• You must not use any automated systems, scripts, bots or software to interact with the Platform in any manner;
• You must not attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security controls, age verification systems or responsible gambling features;
• Content on the Platform — including odds, game interfaces and promotional materials — is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without express written permission;
• hx555 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for the purposes of security, compliance and fraud prevention.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. hx555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary outages, technical failures or scheduled maintenance periods.

All bets and wagers placed on hx555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or game in question, which are published in the Platform's game and sports information pages. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform and recorded in your Account history;
• hx555 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds has occurred, where a system error has been identified, or where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing, corruption or other irregularity;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA or the relevant sanctioning body for combat sports) shall be determinative;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• hx555 reserves the right to limit, suspend or decline bets from any Account at its reasonable discretion without being required to provide specific reasons;
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the Platform's live betting rules, which account for connection delays and stream latency.

Specific rules for cricket, football, UFC and other sports markets are available within the Platform's sports betting rules section. Players are advised to review the rules applicable to their preferred markets before placing any wager.

Deposits and withdrawals on hx555 are processed in accordance with the methods and limits displayed in the Platform's live cashier, which reflects current availability. Payment method availability may change without prior notice due to provider-side rules, regional restrictions or regulatory conditions.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction;
• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals delayed or held pending document submission;
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. hx555 does not guarantee same-day processing and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers;
• Fees, if any, associated with deposits or withdrawals are displayed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation;
• hx555 reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks on any transaction and to delay processing pending the outcome of those checks;
• Winnings and withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the currency settings on your Account.

Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse gambling, support gambling transactions or have any commercial relationship with hx555. Availability of any specific method is subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.

hx555 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonuses may only be used within specified time limits after activation. Unused or unmet bonuses expire automatically without replacement;
• Not all games or sports markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the specific promotional terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address or payment method;
• hx555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated an affected promotion will be notified of any material changes;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hx555 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Using or attempting to use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other conduct in violation of applicable AML laws;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at hx555 staff or other users;
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other players or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation;
• Any activity that hx555 reasonably determines to be designed to circumvent responsible gambling controls.

hx555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match fixing;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the Platform's inactive account policy;
• Request from the Account Holder to close their own Account, including via self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed by the Platform following a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in accordance with the severity of the breach and the applicable legal position. Where closure is initiated by the player or due to inactivity, balances are handled in accordance with the Platform's closure and dormancy procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hx555 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, consequential or special loss of any nature arising from use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet outages or connection interruptions beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, the responsible gambling policy, or applicable local law;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data suppliers;
• Any loss arising from a Player's voluntary decision to gamble, which is an activity that carries inherent financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

hx555 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or forced logouts after a specified playing period;
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing and platform use is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the Platform. Your data is not sold to third parties.

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to the support team via the contact details in Section 16.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hx555 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

hx555 does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from countries or territories where gambling is prohibited — including, where applicable, users in Pakistan — do so entirely at their own legal risk. hx555 accepts no liability for any regulatory, legal or financial consequences arising from such access.

hx555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered Account Holders will be notified via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications to existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in law — may be made without individual notification. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
